Mental Health
Black Minds Matter is a UK-based charity that aims to provide mental health support to black people and communities. They recognise the unique challenges faced by black people in accessing mental health services, including stigma and cultural barriers. Through their fundraising efforts, they provide financial assistance for black individuals and families to access therapy and mental health support. Additionally, they work to raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health issues within the black community. Black Minds Matter is a crucial organisation in promoting mental health equity and addressing racial disparities in healthcare. CashBlack is proud to support their work and help make mental health support more accessible for all. The charity provides financial assistance to help Black individuals and families access therapy and mental health support. By raising funds, they ensure that those who might otherwise be unable to afford mental health services are given the opportunity to receive professional care. In addition to offering therapy, Black Minds Matter raises awareness about the mental health challenges that disproportionately affect Black communities. Through their outreach efforts, they aim to break down stigmas surrounding mental health in the Black community, making it easier for individuals to seek help when needed.

Mental Health
Talk Support (also known as Talk Counselling) is a UK-based charity dedicated to preserving and improving mental health across diverse communities. Operating primarily in Greater London but accessible nationwide, Talk Support offers confidential counselling, mentoring and advocacy services to individuals, couples, families and groups. Their mission is rooted in the belief that "everyone deserves the chance to be heard." With a diverse team of fully qualified therapists and mentors, they provide culturally sensitive support tailored to the emotional, psychological and practical needs of their clients. CashBlack is proud to support Talk Support's compassionate work in building resilience and recovery for those navigating mental health challenges. Talk Support delivers a wide spectrum of services designed to meet the complex needs of people experiencing emotional distress, trauma or mental health conditions. These include individual, couples and family counselling; bereavement coaching and pregnancy counselling; support for domestic abuse survivors; mentoring for education, employment and life skills; alcohol and substance misuse support; and befriending and community workshops. They also provide therapeutic advocacy in schools and hospitals, helping children and adults access structured emotional support. Their mentoring programme pairs individuals with trained mentors to help with CV writing, job applications, interview preparation and personal development.
