TY Couture Cakes is a London artisan bakery making handcrafted New York style chunky cookies, fudgy brownies, luxury cakes and dessert gift boxes. It began in 2007 as an award-winning bespoke wedding cake studio and now delivers its treats throughout the UK, alongside ready-to-bake cookie dough, brownie batter and baking mixes. Everything is made from scratch with fine ingredients such as Belgian chocolate, with vegan and gluten-free options across the range. The boxes make easy gifts for birthdays, celebrations and corporate clients.
Our Story
Founder Toyin started baking in her own kitchen for family and friends. Largely self-taught, she spent years honing her skills, treating every cake as a work of art, and their encouragement inspired her to start TY Couture Cakes in 2007. Today she is the creative director and lead cake designer of an award-winning London studio known for bespoke wedding cakes, featured in Vogue, Tatler, Brides and Bella Naija, with a growing range of cookies, brownies and dessert gift boxes and baking workshops in the studio and online.
