Akrasi Boutique is a London-based design studio specialising in handmade hair and clothing accessories crafted from African wax prints, vintage textiles, and recycled materials. Inspired by 1950s and 60s African fashion nostalgia yet infused with a distinctly British accent, each piece is quirky, classic, and stylish. Founded by Joyce Akrasi and named after her grandmother, the brand celebrates Ghanaian heritage while embracing sustainable, zero-waste practices. From head wraps and bun ties to brooches, cufflinks, and pocket squares, Akrasi Boutique offers one-of-a-kind adornments that complement both traditional and contemporary dress. Every accessory is made in small batches, ensuring individuality, craftsmanship, and cultural storytelling in every piece.
