  • Promotion period: 12 to 17 October 2026, or until the promotion closes, whichever occurs first.

1. Who Can Take Part

  • 1.1. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who register for a new CashBlack account using the promotional code UKBBW.
  • 1.2. Participants must complete their registration and make at least one qualifying purchase through CashBlack during the promotion period.
  • 1.3. Existing CashBlack users, employees of CashBlack and individuals involved in administering the promotion are excluded.
  • 1.4. Only one promotional reward is available per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate registrations and fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.

2. How To Take Part

  • 2.1. Visit https://cashblack.co.uk and create a CashBlack account.
  • 2.2. Enter the promotional code UKBBW during registration.
  • 2.3. Make a qualifying purchase through CashBlack at any participating retailer during the promotion period.
  • 2.4. A qualifying purchase must be successfully tracked by CashBlack, meet the participating retailer's cashback conditions and not subsequently be cancelled, refunded or returned.
  • 2.5. There is no minimum purchase amount, although retailer-specific minimum spending requirements may apply.

3. The Tickets

  • 3.1. CashBlack has 50 complimentary tickets to UK Black Business Week 2026 available through this promotion.
  • 3.2. Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 50 eligible participants who complete a qualifying purchase.
  • 3.3. Allocation priority will be determined by the timestamp of the qualifying purchase recorded by CashBlack, subject to successful transaction verification.
  • 3.4. Participants are limited to one complimentary ticket per person.
  • 3.5. Tickets are subject to availability. Once all 50 tickets have been allocated, no additional complimentary tickets will be issued under this promotion.
  • 3.6. Tickets are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be resold.
  • 3.7. CashBlack will contact successful participants using their registered email address with instructions for claiming their ticket.
  • 3.8. Tickets provide access only to the events, sessions or activities specifically included in the ticket category issued. Travel, accommodation and other expenses are excluded.

4. Double Cashback

  • 4.1. Eligible participants who complete a qualifying purchase after all 50 complimentary tickets have been allocated will receive double cashback on their first qualifying purchase instead.
  • 4.2. Double cashback means twice the standard cashback rate normally available through CashBlack for that retailer at the time of purchase.
  • 4.3. For example, if a retailer ordinarily offers 5% cashback, an eligible participant will receive 10% cashback on their qualifying purchase.
  • 4.4. The double cashback reward applies to one qualifying purchase per eligible participant and cannot be combined with other promotional cashback multipliers.
  • 4.5. The additional cashback will be credited once the original transaction has been tracked, verified and approved in accordance with CashBlack's standard cashback procedures.
  • 4.6. Cashback remains subject to the participating retailer's terms, exclusions and approval processes.
  • 4.7. Participants who receive a complimentary ticket will not also receive the promotional double cashback reward.

5. Qualifying Purchases

  • 5.1. Purchases must be made through CashBlack using an eligible retailer link or another supported, qualifying cashback method.
  • 5.2. Transactions that are cancelled, returned, refunded, declined or otherwise invalidated will not qualify for promotional rewards.
  • 5.3. Cashback tracking may be affected by browser settings, cookies, ad blockers or failure to complete the purchase through the appropriate CashBlack journey.
  • 5.4. Where necessary, CashBlack may request reasonable evidence of a transaction to verify eligibility.
  • 5.5. CashBlack will investigate disputed transactions fairly using available transaction and retailer records.

6. Rewards

  • 6.1. Successful ticket recipients will be notified by email following verification of their qualifying purchase.
  • 6.2. Participants receiving double cashback will see the promotional cashback credited to their CashBlack account once the purchase has been approved.
  • 6.3. Standard CashBlack cashback withdrawal rules apply, including the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed on the CashBlack platform.
  • 6.4. CashBlack will take reasonable steps to distribute all 50 tickets to qualifying participants before the relevant event admission date.

7. General

  • 7.1. The promotion is subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions.
  • 7.2. CashBlack reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, manipulation, misuse or breach of these terms.
  • 7.3. CashBlack may suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, provided participants are treated fairly and existing valid entitlements are honoured.
  • 7.4. CashBlack is not responsible for changes to event scheduling, venue arrangements or event cancellation by the event organiser. This does not affect participants' statutory rights.
  • 7.5. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • 7.6. Personal information will be processed in accordance with CashBlack's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
  • 7.7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
